Tristan's childhood was immersed in the world of home renovation, with countless hours spent in hardware stores as his family worked on building their future. This hands-on experience, combined with an early education in the trades, ignited his passion for construction. After earning a degree in business administration, Tristan returned to the Central Coast, where he gained invaluable experience working with various construction companies. His expertise further expanded while contributing to the State of California, overseeing the maintenance of diverse projects. Eventually, he obtained his general contractor’s license, paving the way to establish his own construction company.

Josh's construction journey began early with a prominent General Construction company specializing in high-end renovations and large-scale commercial developments. His versatile skill set in both residential and commercial construction has earned him a reputable name in the industry. With an exceptional eye for design, Josh is a valuable asset to Central Coast Renovations, adeptly handling projects ranging from remodels to ground-up construction. The quality of his work can be seen in many locally renowned projects.

As the Sales and Design Manager at Central Coast Renovations, Lauree Riva brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic approach. With a background in business development and a passion for the construction industry, Lauree excels in building strong client relationships and driving project success. Her keen understanding of market trends and exceptional communication skills make her a valuable asset to the team.
